THE LEAVES CHANGING COLOR IN THE FALL
The Leaves Changing Color in the Fall had a reading at Columbia University in 2026. It is a play with music featuring original music written by Evan Brodsky and composed by Elliot B. Culpepper.
At a struggling synagogue in Tarzana, California, Rabbi Moishe Cooperman risks everything when a chance encounter with an unhoused man named Joshua upends both his Rosh Hashanah sermon and his faith. As his marriage to Cantor Estie begins to unravel, their nearly estranged son Eli, a trans indie rock singer/songwriter, returns, turning the chaos into music. But when trust breaks down and compassion sours into suspicion, a single accusation threatens to destroy not only the Coopermans, but the fragile community they’ve built. The Leaves Changing Color in the Fall is a play with music about faith, identity, and what it means to truly see one another.
THE MEMORY CENTRE
The Memory Centre had a reading with Dovecote Reading Series in March of 2025.
What if you could take a pill to erase your past? When two patients begin treatment at The Memory Centre, a depression treatment facility located in a coastal English town, they are faced with unsettling truths about the process and themselves. As the treatment progresses, they are forced to confront whether forgetting is a cure or a deeper loss.
For(e)bear had a staged reading at The Brooklyn Center for Theatre Research in March of 2025.
In For(e)bear, Ben, a queer student studying abroad in Berlin with his all-time favorite author, is assigned to craft a fictional narrative. Inspired by a box of his late grandmother's belongings, he discovers a portrait in a museum by Sonya Abrahmson, a lesbian painter from the Weimar Republic. What starts as a writing assignment quickly pulls Ben into Sonya’s life, and her world, blurring the lines between imagination and reality. As Ben uncovers queer history and his grandmother’s secrets, he begins to see how storytelling can connect the past and present in ways he never expected.

THE GLASS BETWEEN STARS
The Glass Between Stars premiered at the New York Theatre Fest in 2021 where it was awarded most original new play. It was performed at The Tank in March 2024.
Claire and Gideon meet in high school at the age of 15 and fall in love quickly. Inseparable, the two dream of spending their lives together. Bonded by their musings on life and the universe, they have a relationship that goes beyond reality itself. After tragedy strikes them in their final year of high school, they ultimately go their separate ways. At 27, they run into each other at a cafe, where they ultimately decide whether their bond was a thing of the past, or if it's something that will stick with them forever. The Glass Between Stars is a non-linear journey of two people's griefs and the love that ties them together through eternity.
MUSICALS
THE ONE
The One is an Israeli musical comedy by Cnaan Levkovich and Rom Reznik which had it's premier in January 2022 in Tel Aviv. Evan Brodsky wrote the English version of the musical which will have a 29-hour reading in 2026.
When Michael, a 27-year-old serial monogamist, is dumped by his dream boyfriend, he’s forced to confront the chaotic nightmare of being a single gay man in New York City. Disillusioned by his overbearing Jewish mother, Michael is nowhere near the future planned for him. Searching for love, he encounters a manifestation-obsessed stalker, a gen-z Hinge date, a Shakespeare-quoting twunk, and a Grindr-fueled spiral with Connor the Otter, Dom Top, Sub Bottom, The Swingers, etc. Will Michael find The One, or become the pigeon-feeding elder of Washington Square Park? The One is a gay musical comedy about the never-ending journey of finding yourself.

HORNY ISLAND
Horny Island premiered at Columbia University in 2026.
Welcome to the live finale of Horny Island where 10 human beings (well, 9 human beings and 1 surprise humanoid robot) have been looking for love. Our final two couples remain as we look back at an unforgettable season and crown our winning couple. Horny Island features Breel, a 25 year old lawyer bro, Ash, a 23 year old nurse practitioner, Hannah, a 29 year old Hooters waitress, and Brittany, a 23 year old haunted house actor in their epic search for love.
ASTRONAUTS
Astronauts premiered at the Fresh Fruit Festival in 2025.
"Astronauts" is a 10-minute play about two childhood friends, Sammy and Matt, who reunite in their overgrown backyard after years apart. As they confront the trauma that left Sammy scarred, buried memories resurface, forcing them to navigate the fragile space between guilt and healing. Through childhood games and lingering regrets, the play explores the complexities of friendship and how some bonds, like stars, remain visible even across light-years of silence.
